Every order comes with a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects — damage in transit, fabric or foam issues, or a sofa that doesn’t fully rebound. Spot something off? Message us within 3 days of delivery with photos or a short video and we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or fair compensation.

For hygiene reasons our sofas ship vacuum-compressed, so we can’t accept no-reason returns once the box is opened. Quality issues are always covered by the warranty — that’s what it’s there for.
